The Process

Once an initial contact has been made Reality Estates will arrange an appointment to see you at your home address at your convenience.

At this time we will ensure that a full planning survey is carried out, the fittings and suite have been chosen, a time scale agreed and start and finish dates programmed to suit your timetable.

We will ensure that there is minimal disruption to you and your home and you can be assured that we will update you after every working day.

Design

There are four stages to planning a bathroom:

1. Measuring up and noting the position of the existing services, windows and doors.
   
   
2. Working out the plan to get the bathroom fixtures where you want them.
   
   
3. Deciding upon any structural work which needs to be carried out - new or moving walls, doors or windows.
   
   
4. Deciding on any changes to the services (electricity, water, drains) you need.
